Our house was on the market for about 1 1/2 year. It is quite special on a large property but where it is a problem to build a really big house. Michael Ireland was our third realtor starting in May 2018 and in August he SOLD it.
We met Michael by accident when we were looking for a rancher. For over a year he sent us every rancher which came on the market in the neighborhood we preferred. He arranged a lot of showings and accompanied us very patiently and knowledgeable. When we finally decided to look for a condo, he found us exactly what we wanted!
