Our house was on the market for about 1 1/2 year. It is quite special on a large property but where it is a problem to build a really big house. Michael Ireland was our third realtor starting in May 2018 and in August he SOLD it.
We met Michael by accident when we were looking for a rancher. For over a year he sent us every rancher which came on the market in the neighborhood we preferred. Who I am I have been in the real estate business for more than 25 years and I have sold over 1200 homes throughout my career.
